Quick trick to Exit any Office Product

Use ALT+4 to exit any MS Office application.
Instead of going File and then clicking Exit, hold down SHIFT and then press 4.
This closes the application immediately.
Once you remember the shortcut, you’ll use it all the time and save your fingers from repetitive stress injury.
